Pre-Orders
All pre-orders are made to order and will have a lead time of 10 to 12 weeks.
Returns
Refunds are only possible within the first 24 hours after purchase. Returns are accepted for Store Credit only. PLEASE NOTE: All sale of the original fine brush paintings is final sale. Returns must be made within 15 days of receiving your order and they must be pre-authorized by email prior to sending merchandise back. Returned merchandise is subject to review upon receipt and must be unused, in original packaging with tags attached. We do not refund shipping charges and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. When making a return, please include a copy of the original invoice along with the Return Authorization Number which you will be provided. In the rare event that merchandise arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days of package arrival and we will provide instructions for returning the damaged item at our expense and send you a replacement, or issue you an refund if that item is sold out.
All discounted or sale merchandise is final sale. No returns, exchanges, or store credit will be given.
